I got your electronic slider issue. To solve the problem, could you do me a favor about below questions:
1. Is it propped by cable in the front?
2. Is the slider placed level?
3. Is there any object in the slider?
4. Is there any damage with the slider?
If above four points are not existed, is the slider stuck only if it is in the slow speed?

I just talked with our engineer and we think it is not motor problem unless there are four situations happened.
Do you have the hex and spring in this photo?
To avoid a longer time, could you confirm me another two questions? Thanks!
1) The stuck is more when the speed is slower?
2) The stuck is heading just one direction or both?
