私はこの商品を信頼の出来る問屋から購入していますので偽物が混入する事は１００％ありません
何故顧客が偽物だと思ったのかは分かりませんが私はこの商品をすでに600点以上販売しており未だそういった苦情が出たことはありません
これは商品タイトルにある通り日本語バージョンのポケモンカードで100％本物であるという事を顧客に伝えて下さい
現在この商品はブロックされているが至急アクティブにしたいと考えている
どの様にすれば良いか教えて下さい

I received a notice about A
I have purchased the item from a trusted wholesale store, therefore I am sure that the item is 100% not mixed with fake ingredient.
I do not understand why the customer complained that the item is fake as I have already made a sale for about 600 pieces for the item and there is not yet any complaint on that.
Please convey to the customer that the item is 100% genuine as per item title written in japanese on the pokemon card.
The item is currently has been blocked and I hope it will be active very soon.
Please let us know how we could make this better.

Because of I have been buying this product from a trustworthy wholesaler, so it cannot be mixed a imitation 100%.
I don't know why your customer thought it to be an imitation, but I have been selling this product more than 600 items already and not received any complaint like that even now.
Could you tell your customer that it's the Japanese version of POKEMON card as written by the product title and that is 100% real genuine article?
