第３章 社員の責任
（社員の責任） 第６条 当会社の社員は、その全部を有限責任社員とする。
（持分の譲渡） 第７条 業務執行社員は、他の社員全員の承諾を得なければ、その持分の全部又は一部を他人に譲渡することができない。
２ 業務を執行しない社員は、業務執行社員全員の承諾があるときは、その持分の全部又は一部を他人に譲渡することができる。

Chapter 3. Responsibility of the employee
(Responsibility of the employee) Article 6. The employee of our company assumes all a limited partner.
(Transfer of the share) Article 7. The managing partner cannot transfer all or a part of his/her share to another person unless he/she gets the consent of all other employees.
2. The non-managing partner can transfer all or a part of his/her share to another person when he/she has the consent of all the managing partners.
