- The system shall provide an interface that allows customers to export data objects and metadata to the customer’s records and retention system.
-システムは、ベンダーが顧客データへのアクセス権を持たない事を、顧客がどのように確実にするかを明確にするものとする。
-顧客はデータを完全に(100%)所有すべきである。本件は顧客が署名した商事契約で記述されている。
-契約解除後、データをシステムから安全に処分し完全に除去するために、システムはプロセスとメカニズムを提供するものとする。
-契約を解除する場合、システムは、顧客データをエクスポートするフォーマットとプロセスを提供するものとする。
- システムは、データのサニタイズ及びリムーバルのプロセスの前に、データの格納を提供するものとする。
- システムは、顧客の記録や保存システムに、顧客がデータオブジェクトやメタデータをエクスポートできるインターフェースを提供するものとする。
