近在のwestern union の支店を調べました所、最も近いのは『平塚市内の支店』で、それは『H.I.S』という社名の大手旅行会社のビル内に存在している模様です。
ただ、H.I.S の支店自体は『水曜が定休日』なので、水曜は一日中、western union のサービスを『利用できない』という事になります。
western union の支店は（神奈川県内に）19ヶ所が存在し、私が速やかに行き来できるのは（大和市・小田原市・平塚市の）3ヶ所の支店で、それらが最も現実的かと。

As I checked nearby Western Union branches, the closest one is "Hiratsuka branch", seems like it is inside a building of major travel agency called "H.I.S."
However, H.I.S. branch is "closed on Wednesday" so it means I cannot use Western Union service on entire Wednesday.
There are 19 Western Union branches (in Kanagawa prefecture), and I can casually go back and forth 3 branches (Yamato city, Odawara city and Hiratsuka city), so I think these 3 are the most realistic ones.
