本日、ようやくCFS作成に必要な情報がおおよそ揃ったところです。
きちんとした情報を伝えて作成しないと、また作成し直しとなって日数が延びてしまいます。
コンサイニーの情報は頂きましたが、到着港の名前をまだいただいていません。
到着港の正式な名前を教えて下さい。
全てが揃わないと山本さんも書類が作成できません。
今のところ分かる範囲で作成してもらっています。
自由販売証明書も明日には提出する予定ですが、申請がおりるまで10日ほどかかります。

I've finally gathered all of the information required to create the CS today.
Without the right information, I'd have to recreate it and this would prolong for days.
I received the information on the consignee but I don't have the name of the port of where I'm due to arrive yet.
If you could give me the name that would be great.
Unless I have all of the information Yamamoto-san cannot create the documents either.
She's making everything with what she has.
I'm planning to submit the free sales proof but it will take another 10 days to get through with the application.

Today, we have finally gathered most of necessary information to make CFS. Unless we make it with adequate information, we will have to make it again and it will take a lot of time doing so.
Though we got information about a consignee, we still are not informed about the name of the port where the item will arrive.
Could you please tell me the correct name of the port?
