空スプール取り外し
吊り具を空スプールの上部の穴に挿入する。
20㎜～３０㎜程度吊り上げる。
ストッパーの固定ボルトを緩める。
ストッパーをシャフトの先端までずらす。
固定金具をずらす。
ストッパーをを抜く。
固定金具を抜く。
空スプールをコイルスタンドから抜く。
空スプールをパレットまで移動する。
空スプールをパレットに収容する。
吊り具をスプールから抜く。
管端変形の流出となる
芯金有り曲げの場合にマンドレルに通らずチョコ停や寸法不良を発生させてしまう
足元を確認し、両手で抜くこと。

Loosen the fixed bolt of the stopper.
Move the stopper to the tip of the shaft.

Pull the stopper.
Pull the fixed metal fitting.
