測定時にダイヤルを無理に回さないの事
マーク材,キズ不良は専用
返却箱に層別しメーカーへ返却
チェック時は視点をチェック箇所に移動させ確実に目視できる状態でチェックする事
工程内不良は必ずチェックシートに記入する
寸法チェックを行う時は平らな面に当てて行う
結束機を使用する時には結束部に手を入れないように注意する
自動切断機が異常な停止をした場合はパイプの中間に折り目（切断刃）が入っている恐れがあるために下記の方法に沿って、処理する事。

Move observer's eyes to the check point at the time of checking and check in a state in which you can never miss the flaw.
Fill out in-process flaws onto the check sheet by all means.
In checking the dimensions, put the measure to the flat surface.
Be careful not to put your hand in the buncher part in using binding machines.
When the automatic cutting machine make an abnormal stop, folds (cutter blades) might be in the middle of the pipe, so process them following the below method.
