There was the adding-ups of MISC-CHG (Warehouse Charges) in "BILLING EDIT LIST," which I identified to be a 7% of product prices.
Alternatively, "Service Charge" is included in it at the time of billing.

1. What is this Service Charge?
2. Of what percentage of what item is it?
3. It does not accrue to every PO# but adds up in every bill: is this understanding all right?
