OK-NG judgment criteria of fixing jig was ambiguous and it was not told to the workers.
Get information about the easiness of making judgment and ease of use of Jigs and tools, and confirm them by yourself.
When the amount of production was large, the worker used a two stages of the same cart that had been used since the past. He put finished products on the upper stage and unfinished ones on the lower stage. He attached the delivery kamban without checking what were inside.

I found that a caulking connector was attached with its front and rear ends reversed at the time of installation to a vehicle.
Since OK-NG criteria are unclear, the operators have not been instructed on the criteria being assessed.
I will inquire whether jigs and tools can readily be assessed on quality and they are easy to use, and I myself will also check on them.
A two-tiered trolley is used as a common practice, when dealing with large volume manufacturing. Finished products were placed on the top tier and unfinished products on the bottom without proper display on each tier. A delivery sign was attached by mistake, as the content check was not performed.
