税金はいくらだったでしょうか？あまり高くないようであれば、私の方でお支払いします。
電池交換にかかる費用はいくらですか？
購入から1ヶ月ほどしかたっていませんので、できれば無料で電池交換をして頂きたいです。
関税や輸送コストはお支払いする事はできます。かかる費用があればPayPalで請求書をください。

Because it's only one month since I've bought it, I would like to have the batteries changed free of charge.
