画像１で分かる様にこのオーダーは3月24日に返金されている
しかし画像２で見ると分かる様にこの商品は返品されていない
返品されていないのに返金をしたのですか？
また何故これに対して私にReimbursedされないのですか？
私はこの様な不明なオーダーを幾つも見つけた
理由を教えて下さい

As Image 1 shows, a refund for this order was made on March 24.
But as Image 2 shows, the item has not been returned.
Why did you issue a refund without receiving the item?
Also, am I not getting reimbursed for this?

About order ID 00
As you see on Picture 1, this order was paid on 24th March, but
as you see on Picture 2 this item was not replaced.
It was not replaced but it was paid?
This order was not reimbursed for me?
I found several mysterious orders like this.

Regarding order ID 〇〇
As you can seen on image 1, this order was refunded on March 24th.
However, as you can see on image 2, the item still has not returned.
Did you refund without return?
Also, why have you not reimbursed it for me yet?
I found many of such unclear orders.

Charge for this order has been already paid back shown as image 1.
On the other hand, this product has not returned yet shown as image 2.
Did you pay back without being returned it?
