第２条（使用目的）
① 乙は本件建物を販売の事務所として使用し、その他の目的に使用してはならない。
② 乙は事務所を原状のまま使用するものとし、事務所または造作の模様替えの必要を生じた場合は、あらかじめ甲の書面による許可を得て行ない、明け渡しの際は自責をもって原状に復するか或いは無償にて残置するものとする。

Article 2 (Purpose of Use)
① The second party will use the building as a sales office, and using it for any other purpose is prohibited.
② The second party will use the office in its original state. Should the necessity to change the pattern of the office or the furnishings arise, the second party must receive an official written permission document from the first party before making any change and, at the time of vacating the office, the second party must bear the responsibility to return the office to its original state or, alternatively, leave it as it is without any charge.

② Second Party must maintain a current condition of the office. If the office is required to be remodeled or reformed, the written permission by First Party is needed in advance. When Second Party moves out of office, he(she) must restore it on his (her) own responsibility or leave it as it is without compensation.
