技能不慣れ時の作業ミスによる不良品の流出を前工程や後工程がチェックし工場全体でカバーする。
配属先、担当業務、品質出来栄え等が後工程へ知らされている。
技能と熟練を要する重要工程作業は必要技能を明確にして作業者を育成している。
非認定者（技能未熟者）による作業効率の低下と不良の発生・流出を防止する。
ろう付け作業、手直し作業、検査作業などの認定制度がある。

Add the information of where and what type of jobs new staff are doing into line to let all the workers in the line know.
Work collaboratively not to release the defective products produced because of unfamiliarity with the work by checking before and after hand.
