I offer insurance on all of my international orders, but there are certain countries which are not covered by insurance. I'd like to automatically refuse shipping for all of these countries, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do this while having a shipping profile for "Rest of the World" enabled. It's insanely tedious to set up profiles for every country except those I don't want to ship to, so is there a way around this?

私は国際的に保険事業を展開していますが、中には保険が適用されない特定の国々があります。これらの国には自動的に証明書の発行を拒否しています。しかしながら、国外でも保険が適用できる証明書を発行するという特徴がありながら、このような方法は好ましくないように思います。自分が輸送したくない国を除く国々に対して、特徴を売りにするのはとてもうんざりしています。何かこの辺で方法はありませんか？
