当店ではこの場合 返品手続きでなく 保険で対応いたします。
まず最初に
1.写真を送ってください。
2.配達業者へ報告をしてください。
上記の2点を実行して下さい
書類を作成して保険請求後、再度アイテムを発送いたします。
あまりにアイテムの到着が遅いので心配してました。
必ず解決するまで、対応いたしますので安心して下さい。
