商品が届いた。君の説明では商品は完全に新品だと記載がある。しかし、CDの盤面は薄い傷や、曇りが全体にあり到底新品の商品とは思えない。
同じ商品を2つ購入したが状態はどちらも同じ。中古品であるなら納得できるが、新品でこの状態は納得できない。発送前に商品の状態を確認はしたか？
非常に残念だが返品と返金を要求する。
至急返品するので返品先の住所を連絡してくれ。

I received the items I ordered. You described them as brand-new. However, the surfaces of the CD's are covered with fine scratches and cloudiness throughout, and I can't imagine they are new at all.
I purchased two exact same items and they are both in the same conditions. If they were advertised as "used," I would have understood. However, since they were advertised as "new," I cannot accept the conditions of these items. Did you check the conditions of these items before shipping to me?
I regret to inform you that I will have to return them for a refund.
Please give me your return address ASAP.

I have received the items. It does say the items are completely new in your description,but the surface of CDs have some scratches and cloud,I cannot think these are new.
I have purchased 2 of same items,both of them are same condition.
I can understand this condition only if they are second handed items,but they can't be new CDs.
Have you checked the condition of items before shipping out?
I have to ask you for the refund and return the items to you.

I received the goods. Though you said they were brand new, I can't see so : faint scratches and rust on the CD surfaces. I don't see they are mint. Two of your items were the same. I don't want to have them as mint goods. Did you check before you send them to me? I am obliged to send them back to you, and ask you refund.
