商品が届いた。君の説明では商品は完全に新品だと記載がある。しかし、CDの盤面は薄い傷や、曇りが全体にあり到底新品の商品とは思えない。
同じ商品を2つ購入したが状態はどちらも同じ。中古品であるなら納得できるが、新品でこの状態は納得できない。発送前に商品の状態を確認はしたか？
非常に残念だが返品と返金を要求する。
