When I placed my order, I requested for a shipment by Royal Mail and I even made an additional payment for this arrangement.
However, the parcel was shipped by DHL and there seems to have been a problem. Therefore, I have refused to receive this parcel.
Please send the same item again by Royal Mail immediately. Please reply to me as soon as possible. Thank you for your kind arrangement.
