昨日この注文につてチャットでValenciaと話をしました。
以下がその内容です。
UPSに確認したところ、2つのパッケージは紛失したようです。
送り人からUPSに電話連絡するように指示されました。
vendorにUPSへ連絡するように依頼して下さい。
先ほど、Order#60と同じラグをを再注文しました。(いつも御社にこのように指示されるので。)
ベンダーに事情を説明して必ず2月19日までに届けるように依頼して下さい。
届かなかった2枚分のラグはキャンセルです。
返金処理をお願いします。

I was told the sender needs to reach UPS by telephone.
Please tell the vendor to contact UPS.
I've just ordered the same rug as the Order#60. (Because I was always told that.)
Please explain the reason to the vendor and ask them to deliver it by 19 February.
Please cancel 2 rugs which were not delivered and arrange a refund.
