昨日この注文につてチャットでValenciaと話をしました。
以下がその内容です。

UPSに確認したところ、2つのパッケージは紛失したようです。
送り人からUPSに電話連絡するように指示されました。
vendorにUPSへ連絡するように依頼して下さい。

先ほど、Order#60と同じラグをを再注文しました。(いつも御社にこのように指示されるので。)
ベンダーに事情を説明して必ず2月19日までに届けるように依頼して下さい。

届かなかった2枚分のラグはキャンセルです。
返金処理をお願いします。

The following are what we talked about.

I asked the UPS about the two packages, but they said they lost.
They said the sender needs to contact UPS by phone.
Please ask your vendor to contact UPS.

I reorder the same rug as Order#60. (because I'm always asked to do by your company.)
Please explain the situation to your vendor and ask them to deliver my order by February 19.

I'd like to cancel the two rugs that weren't delivered.
Please process the refund.
