　我々の出荷時の検品では傷はありませんでした。
　EMSの補償が出れば必要な修理費用をご返金いたします。
　補償が出なければ＄２００を返金する事はできません。

　我々は早くこの問題を解決したいと考えています。
　ダメージレポートの連絡がお済みになりましたら連絡をください。
　すぐに我々は保険の申請を日本郵便に行います。
