人類みな平等と誰もが知っているこの文句を実行するのは、なかなか大変な事である。アメリカに来てから一番驚いたのは、すべての人にチャンスをとうたった学校の奨学金の多さだ。学ぼうとする人に対して手を差し伸べるシステムがしっかりとしている。しかし、どうやってその学ぼうとする人かそうでないかを見分けるのか？残念ながら、成績で評価されてしまう。その競争から落ちてしまうといくら熱心に勉強をしていても、金銭的に学校を諦めざる人等が出てくる。結果できる、出来ないの差を広め、職業の差にもつながる

They have a stable system to support those who would like to learn.
However, I wonder how they distinguish those who are eager to learn from those who are not.
I regret to say, but it is decided by their grades. For this reason, if they fail in the competition, they have to leave the university for financial reason no matter how hard they study.
It increases a difference between good grades and bad grades, which also increases a difference in their occupation.

It is pretty difficult to put this famous phrase into practice; Human beings are all equal. What I am surprised the most in the US is that there are so many school scholarships stating they would give opportunities to all. They have firm systems to give hands to those who want to learn. Then, how do they choose the right people? Sadly, they distinguish candidates by their grades. Once you are put out of the war, no matter how hard you study, you have to give up studying at school because of financial problems. That makes the gap between those who can and cannot wider, and consequently, that brings disparities in occupations.

To exercise the principle that everyone knows "everyone is equal ", in real life it is something that is hard to accomplish. The thing that shocked me the most since I came to America was, there are many chances at getting scholarships. In regards to the people who want to learn, the system whereby if you reached out you will get has been deeply established. However, how does one differentiate one who is truly studying and one that is not? Sadly, it is differentiated by one's results. If one weren't fall out of the ranks, no matter how hard you were to study, one might face the school gave up your scholarship. The difference between people who can get results and those who cannot had grown, and so it is also connected to one's job.
