What I am surprised the most in the US is that there are so many school scholarships stating they would give opportunities to all. They have firm systems to give hands to those who want to learn. Then, how do they choose the right people? Sadly, they distinguish candidates by their grades. Once you are put out of the war, no matter how hard you study, you have to give up studying at school because of financial problems. That makes the gap between those who can and cannot wider, and consequently, that brings disparities in occupations.
