The shipping of the product has completed, right?
We cannot shoulder the additional shipping charges.
Basically, please make all shipping through UPS Ground.
There is also the effect caused by a weaker yen and we want to suppress the transport cost as low as possible.
If you need to send directly to Japan then I will make a request.
Once A and B has been re-stock, please ship these immediately to Florida.
Have you shipped the 4 units of Rag that have yet to be delivered?
Please let me know the Tracking number.
The status is showing as completed when I checked through My Account.
Tomorrow would be the latest date it would be delivered right?

I am not able to incur additional shipping costs. As a general rule, please make all shipments via UPS Ground. Due to the devaluation of the yen, I would like to keep shipping costs at a minimum. If there is a need for direct shipment to Japan, I will make the request.
For A and B, please ship out to Florida as soon as you receive the goods.
With regards to the undelivered items of 4 Rags, has the shipment been completed? Please provide the Tracking No. When I check the status on My Account, it still shows as “completed”. Can I expect the goods to arrive no later than tomorrow?
