Referring to delivery terms ‘DDP’, please let us know whether:
a) Global Buyer Co Ltd will act as an importer of record and pay import VAT and customs duties to the UK/German Authorities? Under this scenario, the import VAT can be reclaimed.
b) Global Buyer Co Ltd will not take care of the customs clearance, however your Company will still pay import VAT and customs duties? In this case, the import VAT cannot be reclaimed.
配送用語であるDDPの意味が下記の中で何か教えてください。
ア） グローバル•バイヤー会社が記録上輸入業者として行う行為であり、輸入品の付加税及び関税をイギリス、ドイツに支払うという意味。この場合、輸入品の付加税は回収不可能。
イ） グローバル•バイヤー会社は関税の清算に関与せず、貴社か輸入品の付加税及び関税にたいする支払責任があるという意味。この場合、輸入関税は回収不可能
