私はpaypalで商品代金を支払ったのに、どうして商品を発送してもらえないのですか？
メールや電話でクレジットカード番号を知らせるのはとても不安です。カードでの支払いでなければ注文を受け付けてもらえないのなら、今回の注文はキャンセルして、再度、オンラインでのカード支払いで注文し直します。

I would like to complain about your service. I have payed for goods from your company by paypal. However, I am disappointed because you are not able to ship goods to me.
I am unwilling to tell you my credit number by e-mail or calling. To resolve the problem I require you to refund payment; therefore, I would like to order by credit online again. I look forward to hearing from you

I have already paid the expense through "paypal". Why is it that you can't send me the shipment? I feel insecure about giving out my credit card number through calls or e-mails, so I'd rather not.
If you(*1) cannot proceed without the numbers, I would like to cancel my order once. I will then reorder it online from scratch, using my credit card.

Why do not you send me out the commodity though I paid the commodity price with paypal?
