I can change other work schedule and participate on December 3rd at 10 o'clock.

My schedule is confirmed but both dates have already occupied by other business, so I am not able to join.
If after 10 o'clock on 3rd December, as appointment of other business might be amended, so it is possible for me to join.
Regardless of refusal yesterday, I am sorry but I wonder if section can be held from 10 o'clock on 3rd December?
