In order to have this item for a normal use, it takes the glass surface relar (polishing and re-coating) at a speciality shop. It would cost about $200- 230. This amount is almost the same as what I paid for purchasing this item. Therefore I requested you for the return and full refund. However you claimed a partial refund. Please propose your concrete refund amount that you think is fair.
