今回我々は、APTUS 2.5ロッキングプレートにて手術施行した
最適な手術方法は、どうしたらよいか（どんなプレートを使ったらよいか、日本にまだない背側の新しいプレートなどやほかの手術方法についての検討）

49 years old woman, injured falling from chair.

A 49 years old female injured when she falled down from a chair.
distal radius fracture on right hand which is her dominant arm. (AO C2)
It is around the joint so called rim fracture.
We perfomed surgery using APTUS 2.5 locking plate.
What is the best operative procedure? (We considered which plates should be used, a back side plate yet to be imported in Japan, and other methids.)
