ebayにてキャンセル手続きをしていただきましたので、”PAYPAL”より全額が返金されました。
”propay”にてお支払いくださいとのことですが、当方”PAYPAL”以外での支払いはいたしません。
”PAYPAL”が支払い可能とのことで落札しましたので、申し訳ありませんが今回はこのままキャンセルとさせてください。

Although you asked to refund to Propay, we do not make payment by anything other than PayPal.
As it was bid on with the condition that PayPal payments would be accepted, we consider that the cancelation was completed as is.
