We are currently in discussions with the customer about refunding their money on the guitar we sold them.

If they accept a refund will sell the guitar to you again

However unless they accept a refund I am afraid we we can't make any arrangements to sell it to you.

We will definately let you know the outcome of our talks with the other customer and ask that you give us a few days to come to a resolution.
