商品がいまだに倉庫から出荷準備されてない理由が、どうしても理解がいかないです。商品の出荷準備が、いつできるかわからずにひたすら待つことはできません。商品の入荷予定が、わからないと販売することができないので、売上げがありません。その結果、次回の商品を支払う資金がありません。
第一希望は、弊社が送金した同じ金額を返金してください。もしくは、同じ金額分で別の商品を至急 倉庫から出荷して頂けませんでしょうか。
I can not understand why the goods have not been prepared for shipping from the warehouse. I can not wait without any reason or for an undetermined period for the goods to be prepared. As I can not sell the goods when the scheduled arrival of them is undetermined. The result of this is, I do not have the funds now to pay for the next order of goods.
My hope is, that you refund the same amount that we remitted to your company please. Or, send an equivalent dollar value of similar items from the warehouse as quickly as possible, can you do this?
