オーストラリアの郵便局員がトラッキングナンバーを記録していない。
私はよくオーストラリアに商品を発送していますが、職員がトラッキングナンバーの記録を怠っていて、追跡できないことが何回もありました。今回もその可能性が高いです。いずれにせよ、すでに日本からは商品は出国しています。私にはどうすることもできません。このまま何週間も到着しないならそのとき問題を解決しましょう

I often ship items to Australia, but I have experienced various cases that I could not follow tracking numbers due to the negligence of the workers at post office to record them. This case may be one of those. Anyway, I have shipped the goods from Japan. I can do nothing. We will resolve the problem, If the goods will not arrive withing several weeks,
The item's been lost.
The shippment is behind the schedule due to some reasons.
The items's been stopped at the custom.
The tracking number wasn't recorded by an Australian postal clerk.
I often send items to Australia. but I coudn't track many times because the clerk didn't record the tracking numbers. I think this problem is likely to be caused by the same reason.
Anyway , the item has already been shipped from Japan, so that I can't do anything.
If the item hasn't been arrived for weeks, then let's solve this problem.
