Additional info: eBayで売れた商品を発送しましたが、到着までだいぶ時間がかかっています。日本を出てから後の、トラッキング番号による追跡調査ができず、バイヤーから問い合わせがありました。

今回の件で考えられるのは以下の4通りです。

荷物が紛失した。
何らかの事情で商品の配達が遅れている。
税関で止められている
オーストラリアの郵便局員がトラッキングナンバーを記録していない。

私はよくオーストラリアに商品を発送していますが、職員がトラッキングナンバーの記録を怠っていて、追跡できないことが何回もありました。今回もその可能性が高いです。いずれにせよ、すでに日本からは商品は出国しています。私にはどうすることもできません。このまま何週間も到着しないならそのとき問題を解決しましょう

In this case, we can think of 4 reasons below;

The packet had been lost.
It has been delayed of shipping in some reasons.
It has been judged by customs.
The truck number has not been recorded by post officer in Australia.

I often ship the packages to Australia, and there were few times that the officers didn't record the truck number, and I was not able to do trucking. There is a big possibility in this case that it might cause by the same reason too. In any event, the package has been out from Japan. I will not be able to do anything about it. We shall make another solution if the package didn't arrive for weeks.
