お客様のミスによる故障かEMSでの配達途中での配送によって変わります。
お客様のミスによる破損の場合、こちらはメーカーに問い合わせして修理対象になるかの確認をいたします。
もしくはEMSの配達途中での破損の場合保険を適応しなければなりません、
そのあとでなければ返金対応はできかねます。
明日以降メーカーの方に商品は送りますのでそのあとにまたメーカーから返事が来ましたらこちらからメールを差し上げます。
