Unfortunately, I can not issue a refund after passing one month. Because I need to set the product to arrive to me within one month following eBay's rule in case of an open case. It is better that you would return the product which I sent to you. It was quite for some time when you opened the case, so I think you should have returned the product sooner.

I am sorry but if it passes 1 month, I cannot refund. Because in a rule in eBay, in case of publishing a opened case, commodity needs to reach me within a month.
Regarding the goods you have shipped to me, it would be better that you get the goods send back to you. It was quite ago that you published an opened case, so you should have sent the goods back here.
