今まで通り全ての商品に追跡番号をつけて発送し、追跡状況を
確認する対応をいたします。
また、今後は商品発送後1週間後に配送状況を確認して異常があればバイヤーへ連絡します。

We plan to make a full refund since the items don't arrive on time.
●The measures to be taken afterwards
We will ship the items the same way as before with the tracking number on them and check the tracking state.
We also plan to check the tracking state in a week after the shipment of the items. If there's something wrong with the state, we will let the buyer know about it.
