バイヤーには商品の配送状況と以下の情報を伝えて対応しております。
・配送業者名
・連絡先
・追跡番号
商品到着が遅れているので全額返金で対応を進めています。
商品が届かないとのことで全額返金対応済み
●今後に対策
今まで通り全ての商品に追跡番号をつけて発送し、追跡状況を
確認する対応をいたします。
また、今後は商品発送後1週間後に配送状況を確認して異常があればバイヤーへ連絡します。

・The present state of the item delivered
We confirmed that the item was stopped at the customs.
We contact the buyer, notifying the state of the delivery and the information below.
・The name of the distributor
・The contact information
・The tracking number
We plan to make a full refund since the items don't arrive on time.
●The measures to be taken afterwards
We will ship the items the same way as before with the tracking number on them and check the tracking state.
We also plan to check the tracking state in a week after the shipment of the items. If there's something wrong with the state, we will let the buyer know about it.
