商品到着が遅れているので全額返金で対応を進めています。

今まで通り全ての商品に追跡番号をつけて発送し、追跡状況を
確認する対応をいたします。

また、今後は商品発送後1週間後に配送状況を確認して異常があればバイヤーへ連絡します。

As the item arrives late, we are processing refunding in full.

We have already processed refunding in full by the reason that the item has not arrived yet.

How we handle in the future
As we have done so far, we send all items by attaching the tracking number, and handle by checking the tracking status.

From now we will check the delivery status a week after we send an item.
Then if we find a problem, we will let the buyer know about it.
