同じクモの絵ではありますが、届いたものはクモの脚が短い、別のものです。
開封をしてから気づいたのですが、どのようにすれば宜しいでしょうか？

また、在庫はきちんと確保されていますか？

何故、違うデザインのものが届けられたのでしょうか？
かなり楽しみにしていたのですが、違ったものが届いて残念です。

The other day I purchased a product from you, however the item which I received is completely different from the item pictured.

It does share the same Spider design, however the size of the spiders legs are short, and are different from the picture.
I realized this difference after I opened the product, so what exactly should I do with the product?
