先日、この商品を購入しましたが、届いたものは、写真のデザインと全く異なっています。

同じクモの絵ではありますが、届いたものはクモの脚が短い、別のものです。
開封をしてから気づいたのですが、どのようにすれば宜しいでしょうか？

また、在庫はきちんと確保されていますか？

何故、違うデザインのものが届けられたのでしょうか？
かなり楽しみにしていたのですが、違ったものが届いて残念です。

I purchased and item the other day, but the item that arrived is completely different from the photograph.

It is not the same the legs of the spider are shorter, it is a different item.
