Bearing Plateのネジ穴が損傷してネジが緩り、しっかり固定できない状況になってしまったとのことです。

I would like you to send me a Bearing Plate of A, and a screw.
The Bearing itself is not necessary.
I am going to send them to a customer of mine who purchased A this April.
According to the customer, the screw does not fit perfectly because of the broken screw hole of Bearing Plate.
Please confirm the pictures of those parts which I have attached just in case.
When will B, C, D, and E be available for shipment?

The bearing itself is not needed.
I would like to send as a spare part to a customer purchased the A in April this year.
According to the customer. the bearing plate cannot be fixed firmly because the screw hole was damaged causing to loosen the screw.
To make sure, I attach a picture of part, please confirm it.
