Trial fit the skeg in position.
Drill thought the marked holes.
And secure in place with 1mm brass wire or small screws through the hull.
Fill the inside of the hull around the screw threads to secure.

スケグを適切な位置に仮合わせする。
印の穴を目安に、ドリルで穴を開ける。
そして、1mmの黄銅ワイヤか小さいビスで、船体を適所に固定する。
船体内側のビス山周りを（ボンド等で？）固める。

※（ボンド等で？）の部分は他で指定されているかと思われます。

1mmの真鍮ワイヤか小さいスクリューでカバーに固定させる。

穴のしるしがついたところにドリルで穴を開ける。　（thoughtはthroughではないですか）
船体を通して１ｍｍの真鍮線（エナメル線）あるいは小さなネジできちっと固定する。
船体の内側、ネジの周りを糸で固定する（？ネジの周りの隙間を糸で防ぐのか）
