Currently the item the item is on the way from the supplier but even we are troubled as it is taking too long.
However, I believe it was stated in the product details that the delivery may take up some time.
We should have no problem in dealing with this issue if we could get in contact with you early with enough time margin in advance.
If the goods are not received, then they will be returned to Japan.
Should we send it to another address? Or should we delay the shipping time?
