私の品物は全て壊れやすく、傷つきやすいものです。
【アンプ・掛け時計・掃除機】
どうか丁寧に梱包してくださいませ。
アンプは重いので一番下に置いてください。アンプを他の物の上に置くと、全てが壊れてしまいます。
全て大切なものなので、どうか丁寧に送ってくださいませ。

All of my goods are fragile and get easily damaged.
Please pack “the amplifier, the wall clock, and the vacuum cleaner” with extra care.
Since the amplifier is heavier, please place it at the bottom.
If you put it on the other stuff, everything might get damaged.
Those goods are all important, please send them with sufficient care.

The amplifier needs to be placed at the bottom since it's heavy. If you put the amplifier on top of the other items, the weight will crash other items.

冒頭の「お世話になります。」という部分の訳が完全に抜けています。「大切なもの」を「very expensive＝値段が高価なもの」と訳するのは、気持ちは解りますが、値段＝大切とは限らないので、少し無理があるのではないでしょうか？
'cause its' just weird to tell "I'll be in your care" or "I thank you in advance" as first thing in a letter... I've just put it in the end.
Taisetsu is a simple term even for me... It's just that I couldn't see it as "appealing" to the other part... If you say to someone "this is precious to me" he won't care, if you say "this is expensive" (i.e. if you break it, I'll make you pay a compensation), then he'll pay attention.
Btw I didn't pay attention, so I've written "packed them" in stead of "pack them"...
