先日Aさんより頂いたレポートですと、基本所得税としてみなされるかと存じますが、
携帯キャリアから、「ストックオプション制度を構築し、ポイントを付与すれば、所得税にならないのでは？」
というアドバイスをもらいました。
今件において、Aさんのご意見はいかがでしょうか？

One thing, I have received an inquiry from the mobile carrier of our propsal regarding the taxation system.
According to the report provided by A the other day, I believe it would be recognized as a part of the fundamental directives of income tax. However they advised us that "it would not be regarded as a part of the income tax if we come up with a stock option system with point allocation?"
Would you please give your thoughts on A's opinion? (Please don't hesitate to let us know if there is any valid options for taxation benefit regardless of the above.)
Lastly, please allow me to introduce B from our accounting team.
We may contact you through B for future communications with you.
