No one can sit down at the desk and work worrying about the package to arrive.
According to Japan Post, anybody at the work can sign and receive if addressed to company.
I do not mention that in case of EMS, only addressed people can sign and receive it.
It may differ from states government but in the past I did not have any problem by sending it to a person in company, I believe this time the problem lies in the personnel of USPS who did not handle this flexibly. I hope USPS will resend the item.
We can't work in desk with caring for luggage.
According to post office in Japan,They said that in such case that the address is company, even if the person is not genuine person, company person can sign in receiving.
I also didn't write in EMS sending documents that the man who can sign is confined to receiver.
The rule may be different from the state to state, As the luggage we send it to company in the US arrived in past, it is the reason for post officer in USPS not to bend the rules.
I hope for USPS resending.
