支払いの件、不足があり申し訳ありません
送って頂いたstatementと弊社口座を照らし合わせたところ原因が判明しました
原因：
海外送金手続きにエラーが起こり、弊社の口座に金額が戻ってきていました
その為、支払金額に不足が生じていました

御社の口座をもう一度確認して下さい。
I apologize for the problem with regards to the payment.
When we checked our accounts against the statement we received from you we found the cause of the discrepancy.
Cause:
When the money was sent overseas an error occurred and our account was credited back that amount.
Due to this error, the funds were insufficient.
