先生の話だと日曜日までには決着がつくそうです。

I'm at the hospital with my wife right now, as she is right about to give birth.
I would like to deliver to you as soon as possible but I don't know when the baby will be born so I cannot leave the hospital.
The doctor told me that it will be definite by Sunday.
I'm really sorry for the delay but I should be able to send it out by Monday.
Again, apologies for the late delivery, I understand you must be looking forward to it. Please allow me a little more time!
